Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.
How do I begin this time, should I start from where I left or should I say something new? Last week was definitely the most unproductive week ever since I step my pretty feet in the historic UM. I fell sick. I got fever and it was bad, really bad. I went to the clinic and the doctor gave me 2 days off for rest. The first thing I told myself, “I cannot afford to rest!” (Yeah, you are not the only one suffering the adjustment crisis). With piles of work and assignment that is ongoing, nobody wants a two day MC. And I got it. Great!
Yeah back to busy-ness, I just get a chance to know everything last night, when everyone else might say that was last week’s thing. I just know that there were forums going on in ICTPE and oh my god! (remember Sir Anuar now, quick!), I get tired and numb since I lost words to reply to each posts. Seems like someone (or more than that) has the same point of view as mine and has already put up their views there. My oh my, there were people who think a lot and said a lot and also people who think a lot that made others think a lot too. I wonder where they got so many ideas to throw… I only have one brain that uses Intel Sempron, with a front side bus that moves slower than my niece’s baby steps.
Realizing that I still can catch yesterday’s news and still able to know what my pals are doing when I’m not in class makes me thank technology for being here (right now). Luckily, I have internet connection at home and I can learn just as much as my other friends. See, technology does help pity people! So I hope we’ll be more positive in using them, applying them and manipulate them (if you want to) as a person and as a teacher, one day.
I remember a forum started by Izzwaida, when she talks about the weaknesses of e-portfolio. In my humble opinion, everyone freaks out and always doubted everything that is new to them. The day they invented cars, they doubted if people get into accidents and if the car might explode. What I mean here, everything that man created has flaws. The day someone created a virus, he does not know the next day, someone invented anti-virus. Everything that goes wrong will definitely has the answer and solutions…
Oh! time goes by like lightening…but before I end my writing, I would like to apologize to my science team member (Ida, Aesha and Captain Amy) for not attending class. Sorry to Ihsan too, for the trouble and also to the N&N survivors (Ati and Apis) for any inconvenienced I’ve caused last week.

is there an unconsious fear of ICT may not deliver when we really need it?
